Can I make changes to my booking?
If you need to change the time and date (for instance if your flight time changes) of your booking or your contact details, then contact us using our online form with your booking ID and desired changes, and we can update your booking for you.
If you need to make any changes to your booking that alter the price, (for example, changing location or the number of people travelling), then you need to cancel your original booking and create a new one. Our support team can advise the best course of action for you, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need some help.
Please note: We are unable to update your booking within 24 hours of travel. Any updates within 24 hours of travel are at the discretion of your transport company and need to be made by contacting them directly using the details on your booking confirmation.
