Can I make changes to my booking?

You can make amendments to your booking that don't alter the price. To update your booking, click  Manage Booking at the top of our website, enter your booking ID and the email address that you used for making your booking, then click on the 'Manage My Booking' button. When you can see your booking details, click the 'Manage Booking' dropdown, and then select the Edit option of Transfer Details, Passenger Details, or Inclusions and Extras. You can then edit the required information. Don't forget to click save once you have finished amending your booking.

If you need to make any changes to your booking that alter the price, then you may need to cancel your original booking and create a new one. Our support team can advise the best course of action for you, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you need some help.

Please note: We may not be able to update your booking within 24 hours of travel. Any updates within 24 hours of travel are at the discretion of your transport company and need to be made by contacting them directly using the details on your booking confirmation.
