What else do I need to know before I travel?
Before you travel, it’s important to make sure you’ve done the following:
- Confirm your pick-up time and meeting point with your transfer company and driver.
- Double check all of your booking details are correct.
- Check your email for any correspondence from your transfer company or Jayride.com. Make sure you’ll have a phone when you travel. If travelling overseas, make sure roaming is enabled on your mobile phone to allow you to make and receive calls and SMS messages. Your driver and/or transfer company may need to contact you, and vice versa.
