What happens if my flight is delayed?

Each transport company sets its own wait times. For most companies, the standard wait time typically ranges between 30 to 60 minutes.

We strongly recommend contacting your chosen transport company to confirm the wait time included in your booking.

If your delay exceeds the included wait time, your transport company may charge extra for the additional waiting period. These charges, if applicable, will need to be paid directly to the driver at the time of pickup.

If your flight is delayed, please notify your transport provider as soon as possible to inform them of the delay.

Note: Alternative pickup arrangements are subject to the transport company’s availability and policies.
