What happens if my flight is delayed?

Each transport company sets their own wait times. For most transport companies, the standard wait time is generally between 30-60 minutes.

We highly recommend reaching out to your chosen transport company to find out about the wait time included in your booking

Your transport company may charge extra waiting time. If they do, you will be responsible for paying those charges directly to the driver at time of pick up. 

If you happen to be delayed for any reason, please contact your transport company as soon as possible let them know you are delayed. 

Alternative pickup arrangements are subject to the availability of the transport company.
