If your account was created before 31 July 2023. You can fill out our online help form and we’ll be happy to help retrieve your login details, including if you’ve forgotten your password.

If your account was created after 1 August 2023. Just go to jayride.com, click sign in on the top right hand side, and follow the "Forgot Password" link on the sign in box.
