How can I update a booking?

If you need to update a booking for any reason, contact as soon as possible.

For minor updates, please contact us at or from your profile by selecting Account on the top right-hand corner of the page; you can find your booking and select Contact Jayride. Please make sure you send us the booking ID amendments, and we will update the booking for you.

For major changes, the booking would need to be cancelled and re-booked.

Note: If you need to update a booking within 24 hours of travel time, it’s more efficient to contact the transfer company directly and CC with the contact details provided in your booking confirmation and confirm the changes to the booking directly with them.
