How can I cancel a booking?

It’s easy with the Jayride Self Service tool. Simply type in the booking ID and email address on the booking in Manage My Booking and you’ll be given the option of cancelling the booking.

If you cancel a booking 24 hours or more prior to travel time, you will eligible for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice however, we are unable to issue a refund.
