How can I cancel a booking?

If your account was created before 31 July 2023. It’s easy with the Jayride Self Service tool. Simply type in the booking ID and email address on the booking in Manage My Booking and you’ll be given the option of cancelling the booking.

If your account was created after 1 August 2023. Just go to, click sign in on the top right hand side, and enter your login details, to to Account and Bookings from the menu to see a full list of your bookings, Click View Details to open the booking that you are trying to cancel, & then follow the cancellation prompts.

If you cancel a booking 24 hours or more prior to travel time, you will eligible for a full refund. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice however, we are unable to issue a refund.
