How do I make a payment?

Jayride offers various billing options, but our general offering is upfront payments with either a Virtual Credit Card, Customer Credit Card, or your business card for all online bookings.


Concierge bookings will be billed after the concierge team has processed the booking; you will be sent a payment link/invoice from Jayride with a payment link. You will have 48 hours to make payment for those bookings.


For agency brands on credit/invoice, Jayride will send an invoice every Wednesday. You have seven days to pay that invoice. All invoices will be invoiced at the net amount, less your commission.


Only preferred partners who produce high volume are approved for invoicing.


  1. Invoice Customers 
    1. Will be invoiced nett and weekly with 7 or 30 day unless agreed otherwise
    2. Payment methods is either Credit Card or Paymentgate unless agreed otherwise
    3. Refunds will be included as credits in the weekly invoicing cycle. If you have no bookings on the next weekly invoice a refund will be issued to your nominated bank account.
  2. Upfront Payment Customers
    1. Payments will be made at time of booking
    2. Refunds will be processed via same method of payment/credit card
  3. Concierge Bookings
    1. Upfront Payment Payment Customers: You will receive an invoice at gross amount to make payment via an invoice
