Why has my transport company changed?

Occasionally your chosen transport company may be unable to service your booking. This can happen due to a number of reasons, including service availability and location errors.

At Jayride, our top priority is to make sure our customers travel smoothly. As such, when your chosen transport company can no longer service your booking, we will look for an alternate transport company to ensure you get to your destination.

We provide this service free of charge whenever possible.

If you have received an email letting you know that your transport company has changed, please ensure you check over your new transport company’s contact details and meeting instructions listed in the email.

These may differ to the details of your original transport company and it is important to take note prior to travel.
