Once you’ve made your booking, we’ll notify your transfer company. You’ll see a booking confirmation page and also receive a confirmation email with your transfer company’s details. You can then contact your transfer company to organise a pick-up time. You do not need to confirm your booking with

Note: If you don’t receive a confirmation email for some reason, double check your email junk folder, and check the email address you provided is correct. If you still don’t have a booking confirmation email, contact our Customer Support team. (If you have typed in your email address incorrectly, simply contact Support here with your booking ID and correct details and we’ll fix it up for you.)
