I received a booking but I don’t service that area…

Jayride.com sends out bookings based on the information that is provided by you, the Transfer Company. If you receive a booking but it is outside your regular service area, please treat it as a normal booking and endeavour to complete it, as it is based on the information supplied to us.

The next step is to notify Jayride.com before the end of the escalation notice period by getting in touch here so we can then update Jayride.com with the correct information.
