What happens if I miss a pick-up?

This is not an ideal situation, as unsuccessful pickups will impact your reliability score and inconvenience the passenger. If a pick-up is not successful due to a transfer company missing the pick-up, you will not be paid for the booked transfer. Be sure to notify Jayride of a missed pick-up within 24 hours of the pickup time to ensure the traveller is reimbursed quickly.
