Transport Company obligations and Indemnities

When deciding whether to become a listed Transfer Company on Jayride.com, it's important for you to understand how the laws work in your  jurisdiction.

Transport Company Personnel

It is your responsibility to ensure that all your personnel have all necessary valid approvals and licences that are required to perform the Transport Services in the jurisdictions in which the Transport Services are to be performed.

Your team must have the necessary experience, expertise, skills and physical and mental ability to perform the Transport Services. They must not have been convicted of any criminal offence other than an offence for which a fine or non-custodial penalty is imposed

Transport Company Insurance

You must maintain the most appropriate level of insurance as legally outlined in your jurisdiction where  the Transport Services are provided, which adequately insures the vehicles used to perform the Transport Services, as well as the Travellers.
