How do I activate my Jayride Pay Portal?
Once your account has been activated all future payments can be setup to flow straight through to your bank account.
We also recommend taking a moment to download and read your Jayride Pay Portal ‘ Getting Started’ guide. This guide is designed to give you an overview of important Pay Portal features and how the new payment system works.

Step By Step Instructions to activate your Jayride Pay Portal account
- You will receive an email from firstname.lastname@example.org with a link to activate your account. Click the button "Activate Account"
NOTE: If you cannot find the email please check your SPAM folder.
- Select “ Verify my account using my Transport Company ID”.
NOTE: Your Transport Company ID can be found on your travel statement.
- Insert Transport Company ID.
- Enter some information about your business.
- Enter the details of the person who will be responsible for the Jayride Pay Portal.
eg. Owner, Manager, CFO...
- Add password and security questions.
- Select the country where you are based and add your bank details.
- Add your bank details.
NOTE: It is important that these details exactly match the bank account name and type you gave us when you first signed up, as your transfer will fail if they do not match.
- Click the "Confirm" button.
- Your activation is complete.
NOTE: If you need to add another bank account just select the green button (Add new transfer method).
