In this article, we'll walk you through how to use the Meet and Greet Sign for a hassle-free pickup experience.
What Are Meet and Greet Signs?
The Meet and Greet Sign is a new feature on your Job Sheet that enables drivers to display digital name signs during pickups. This feature makes it easy for Passengers to spot your driver and ensures a seamless connection at pickup time.
Our Meet and Greet Signs are digital and super user-friendly. Simply click the "Meet and Greet Sign" link on your Driver Job Sheet, and voilà, you have a professional-looking name sign right at your fingertips. It's perfect for displaying on your smartphone or tablet, making it easy to find your passengers at pickup time.
We understand that not everyone prefers a digital approach. That's why we've ensured that you can also print these custom name signs. This way, you have the flexibility to choose the medium that suits you best, be it digital or paper.
Using Meet and Greet Signs: A Step-by-Step Guide
Access Your Ride Job Sheet: All your confirmed bookings from Jayride will be displayed on your Job Sheet. Then, when you can click the share button which takes you to that individual Driver Job Sheet.
View Your Meet and Greet Sign: Clicking the link will take you to a job page where you can view your Meet and Greet Sign by clicking the "Meet and Greet Sign" button. This then displays the sign showing the passengers name.
Choose Your Device: You can use your smartphone, tablet, or even print the name sign if you prefer a physical copy. For the digital option, simply show the name sign on your device when you arrive at the pickup location while waiting for the passengers arrival.
Arrive at Pickup Location: When you arrive at the pickup location, keep an eye out for your Passenger.
Smooth Pickup: Thanks to the Meet and Greet Sign feature, you can now easily spot your Passenger, even in a crowded pickup area. This means less time waiting and more time getting the Passenger to their destination.
