How do I contact Jayride.com to update prices, service areas and availability?

It's easy! If you need to update your information, go to your Jayride's Online Price List and send us the updates at bookings@jayride.com .

Remember: It is your responsibility to keep Jayride.com up-to-date with your company’s information such as availability, operational hours and surcharges. It’s important you advise us of any changes more than 7 days before they come into effect by sending us an email so we can ensure all your information is correct.

After 15th of July 2020, the information provided in the Price List will be contractually obliged to honour 

✅ Send an updated price-list to bookings@jayride.com as soon as possible. We will update your prices within 7 days.

✅ During this updating period, Jayride will expect you to honour your previously supplied prices as per our agreement.  

❌ Please do not wait for a booking before informing us of price changes.
