How to fill out your Online Price List

How to use your online price list?

If you do not have the link to your online price list, contact us at bookings@jayride.com and request access. We will send you a link and help you with any questions you may have.

Once you have clicked on the link Jayride provided, you’ll be able to see every detail of your account in our system.

Please note that this is not a Real-Time update, once you change anything in your Online Price List you will still need to inform us at bookings@jayride.com and we’ll take care of it.

On the top of the price list, you will find your Company Name, the airport for this price list, Service Type (which can be Shared or Private), and the type of locations serviced.

From the list you can select the locations you cover under these rates: Hotels only, Addresses only, Cruise Terminals only, Addresses and Hotels or All location types

Then, you’ll find the Pricing Type, which can be Retail rates or Net rates. If your rates are net, then you’ll be paid exactly the amount mentioned in the price list.

Retail rates are the rates that you normally charge with a discount that will help you to be competitive on our marketplace and increase the chances of getting bookings. We recommend the industry discount average at 25%.

If it’s retail rates, next to it you’ll find the percentage amount that will be deducted from these rates as a commission for Jayride.

In the discount section you can apply an additional percentage discount to your current rates. In this case, for example, we can add an extra 5% by changing from 20% to 25%.

In your Online Price List you’ll also find a link to see your upcoming bookings and a link to send us an email once you have made an update.

In the mid section, you’ll find the booking in advance time and Operating Schedule, which in this example is 24/7. Next to it you’ll be able to add any out-of-hours surcharge, Holiday surcharges and Other surcharges like adding an airport fee or a Meet & Greet fee.

You can also update your block-out dates, in the above example, this transport partner won’t be taking bookings for New Year’s Day.

If your rates already include the Meet & Greet fee, then you can tick this box. If you provide curbside pick up, and Meet & Greet should be charged extra, then please leave it unticked.

You’ll also be able to update your Meeting Instructions. We added a tool that will generate a detailed template that you can modify. If you want to use it, just erase the current meeting instructions and click on “Build Meeting Instructions Template Text”. This will automatically enter a template where you only need to fill in the blanks.

You can also update your Cancellation policy, which in this case is set at the standard 24hs.

Finally, at the lower part you’ll find the rate sheet. The prices indicate the cost of your vehicle applicable for the number of passengers stated, this includes one carry-on bag and one suitcase per person.

On the top you can change the vehicle capacity by ticking the boxes. For example you could indicate to us that your SUVs or Minivans can carry 6 passengers and their bags by ticking the ‘6 Passengers’ box on that row.

If you’d like to add more coverage, you can do so by writing down the district, suburb or region and then entering your rates from the airport to that location.

Please note that each airport, service type and location types are shown on a different tab, the green tabs are for fixed rates and the blue ones for rates per mile.

Please don’t hesitate to get in touch with your Account Manager in case you have any questions.
